You can check-in for your LATAM flights quickly and easily, choose your seat and save your boarding pass in your Wallet.
Plan your trip and make it more comfortable by reviewing the updated Flight Status and having access to your trip information from anywhere. You will be able to review your flight details: the gate, time of departure, estimated time of arrival and the origin and destination airport names.
We hope that your flight always goes smoothly without any hitches. Thats why, in the event that your flight is delayed or cancelled, we offer you the option of rescheduling your flight through the App free of charge.
Add and organize all your trips by adding them to My Trips with your last name and your reservation code. You can also access the date, departure time and arrival time for your flight.

Initially this was a great app when flying LAN, but now that they merged with TAM the Brazilian airline it is terrible. The app crashes all the time.
It doesnt work at all. They dont update your earned miles. They dont font give you an email to contact customer service. They ask you to "sign-in" but it doesnt show where! Two airlines merging should have a better app, but on the contrary, its useless!
Original LAN app worked great. This "new and improved" version not so much. It requests login info over and over for looking up stuff about a booked flight, and its like going in circles. The screens are not optimized for iPhone or iPad. You sometimes get what looks like a blank blue page that may or may not have a word or two on it. To reach useful content you have to scroll way down past the end of the blue page, but sometimes there is nothing there anyway. Lots of room for improvement here to make this app more efficient and user friendly.
Website has so many glitches. The app doesnt work. The livery is horrible. Bring TAM back!
