Great experience. Best airline app Ive used so far.

Initially this was a great app when flying LAN, but now that they merged with TAM the Brazilian airline it is terrible. The app crashes all the time.

It doesnt work at all. They dont update your earned miles. They dont font give you an email to contact customer service. They ask you to "sign-in" but it doesnt show where! Two airlines merging should have a better app, but on the contrary, its useless!

Original LAN app worked great. This "new and improved" version not so much. It requests login info over and over for looking up stuff about a booked flight, and its like going in circles. The screens are not optimized for iPhone or iPad. You sometimes get what looks like a blank blue page that may or may not have a word or two on it. To reach useful content you have to scroll way down past the end of the blue page, but sometimes there is nothing there anyway. Lots of room for improvement here to make this app more efficient and user friendly.

Website has so many glitches. The app doesnt work. The livery is horrible. Bring TAM back!

Checkin does not work, requests all data again and again, boarding passes were not generated at the end of the long process. Terrible. Ex-TAM consumers are in trouble now!

Slow , limited ( you cant book a flight ) , always freeze , cant see more details in my latam account . Pretty bad in general for a good airline . Same with the website .

Im trying to use my TAM Fidelidade number and password to log in but get an error saying "Request captcha user."

after the union of TAM with LAN app (I like BR user - TAM) can not perform log on to check my frequent flyer profile, several updates have been made (all bug fixes) and nothing to solve this problem.

Obtaining boarding passes for international flights is not possible thru this App. Sometimes cant even check in.This App has very functions.

Why this application doesnt have a o button to bring the Fidelity Card to a Wallet iOS iPhone App integrated? Wish I could put my Multiplus card on my iPhone Wallet iOS App and I Like the card on the wallet get updates of Category and points of miles..: Thanks for listening

Congratulations - the Updates destroyed my actual trip consisting of four flights within 3 weeks - and reloading using the booking code just doesnt work. What a rubbish.

Check In is easier than on Website, but could be improved. Even the user is logged in, you have to enter your passport no., LAN Pass, Emergency contact etc. again and again.

Easy to use, nice designed und works really good

Cant select my frequent flier program when checking in. Qatar Airways Privilege Club has been removed from the list, for some unknown reason.

I found three persons in my app for check in whom I does not know for my TAM flight. Check in from SCL to GRU was not possible. Need a lot of improvement!

Cannot add city code for the contact person in germany in case of an emergency. Pls check the german city numbers again they do not work!!

E.g Flights are not transferred to calendar. 2 stars because app causes no problems

It is my First trip with LAN and the App is really helpful for me and worked fine. Only the check-in of the second passenger failed but can be a problem to find the Airberlin top bonus card. Second try was perfect!
