Quick and easy

does not show my purchased trips even after logging in with account

Many times losses the user information and has to close the app and restart it and type again the user and password and doesnt always link your account with the flights under your user.

Straightforward interface, good service.

The app is not bad, but it has two main flaws: the first is that it crashes sometimes when doing check in and the second is that it also lacks of proper field explanation when traveling to the US (Visa or Visa Waiver Info).

Dont even know where to start to describe the shortcomings and limitations of this App. Why would someone waste 14 Mb of space on his device with this App it is a mistery. The App does nothing more than a few elementary simple function that you can do online anyway (if LAN had a mobile friendly version of their web page, which they dont by the way). The App lacks everything and it has so many shortcomings that it is not even worth mentioning them. What a shame for such a fine airlines. Back to the drawing board LAN.

No bueno LAN! Your flight status function shows results for the wrong cities and you cant even book or search for flights. The app is pretty much useless...

It was good to be able to check in flights in the app, however its unable to get boarding pass info once the check in is done.

So far so good, Im loving this app, my flight info is only one tap away. Good way to remind yourself of your check in.

Good idea but its too slow

Made it very easy and quick to check in and save boarding passes to Apple Wallet. Mobile passes worked with no problem in Santiago and Punta Arenas

The app its OK but I would like to be able to save my LATAM PASS card in Wallet.
